- Q: Is this hotel universal or barrier-free design?
A: Yes, this hotel is designed as universal or barrier-free, Please visit here for details.
- Q: Is there bathroom and toilet in each room?
A: All the room has bathroom and toilet. Bathroom and toilet of the Japanese-style room are separated with the exception of Western-style room. Bathroom in guestrooms is not hot spring water. For hot spring, please go to public hot spring in our hotel.
- Q: Is there non-smoking room?
A: We provide non-smoking room. If non-smoking rooms are fully booked, we can spray room freshener and deodorant before check-in. Please let us know in advance.
- Q: Can we smoke inside our room?
A: If you book smoking room, you can smoke inside the room.
- Q: Do you have a room with private open-air hot spring?
A: We do not have a room with private hot spring. Please use public hot spring in this hotel.
- Q: What are the available amenities?
A: In the guest room, there are yukata, haori, bath towel, face towel, toothbrush. You can also find a fridge (empty), glass, electric pot, water kettle, chopsticks and tea set.
Public bath has shampoo, conditioner and body soap.
The female changing room has a hairbrush, cotton bud, hair rubber band, shower cap, toner, and lotion.
The male changing room has a comb, cotton bud, shaver, hair tonic.
- Q: Can we bring drinks to our guest room?
A: Yes, please use the empty fridge available in our guestroom. Please refrain from taking drinks to your room from restaurant, Izakaya, banquet room. Vending machine and ice maker is available in the hotel.
- Q: What is check-in, check-out time?
A: Check-in: 15:00~ ; check-out: ~10:00am. Early check-in and late check-out are available for payment. * Room may be not available depending on availability.
- Q: Can we use the credit card here?
A: Credit card is available. JCB, VISA, Master, AMEX, UC, DC, NICOS, DINERS, UFJ, SESON etc... Please inquire for more details. For credit card payment, only one-time payment is accepted.
- Q: Where should we keep our valuables in the hotel?
A: Every room has a security box equipped for you to use, and you may also keep them at our front desk. For the public bath, we have locker with key (¥100 deposit require)
- Q: Can we use internet?
A: WiFi is available in all guestrooms and public areas without charges.
- Q: Can we stay with our pet?
A: We are afraid that we do not have facilities to accomodate your pets. Please use pet hotel or other service.
